Professional Pilot Training in China
China's commercial airline traffic is now 2nd largest in the world, creating
a demand for 2,500 new pilots per year. Forecasts estimate a shortage of
800-1000 pilots per year over the next 10 years for existing airlines alone.
China's pilot shortage is acute, and its domestic training capacity is so
underdeveloped that most of its pilots are trained overseas.

A Flight Training Solution that Will Succeed
We have developed a professional pilot training model that will produce thoroughly-trained and well-prepared professional pilots while achieving the time and budget goals of clients. Our model features advanced training methods and curricula, an innovative three-track product offering, and airline-standard quality control, while taking advantage of the cost and logistical advantages of in-country location. These objectives are realized through a carefully-planned step-by-step approach that takes full account of China's idiosyncratic and evolving aviation environment, implemented by a management team with the right combination of qualifications, experience, expertise, and motivation to achieve success.
Site locations have been chosen through an extensive evaluation process, and we have gained the support of local and provincial government organizations. We have formed a strategic partnership with a USA-based flight training company that is FAA and CAAC 141 approved with current Chinese student pilot enrollment, and have academic partnerships in place with local colleges. Most importantly, our management team is uniquely qualified to succeed in China's challenging aviation business environment. Together, we have over 60 years of successful business and aviation experience, including extensive flight training management and aviation operations expertise in the USA and in China.
